Brian Silvestri

Brian is an entrepreneur and leader with over 20 years of executive management experience in the telecommunications industry. After a successful acquisition of his company, Connectiv Solutions, Brian founded SilverEcho Consulting focused on helping start-ups succeed with their business objectives.  Brian is married to his amazingly supportive wife Jennisse, raising their two children, Daniel and Sofia, in Northern Virginia. Brian’s interest in the homeless began in late 2019 when he took a step of faith and participated in an Endurance Leadership trip to San Diego. That one trip pivoted Brian’s direction for the rest of his life as he continued learning and experiencing homeless in America across twelve cities in 2021. Outside of the homeless missions, Brian is about passionate about increasing the financial IQ of the youth as well as being an active member of his local church board.
